Bad Customer service in BestBuy Modesto

Halloween day was my bad day when I received the phone call from BestBuy in Modesto. A guy (I forgot the name) called me regarding the radio installation. He told me that he needed to verify my vehicle before installation. I was happy to talk to him; however, he turned out to ask me to remake the appointment on November 03, 2021 that I made about two weeks ago. I was surprised because I made an appointment in Stockton store, and Stockton store made sure that for me.


A guy in Modesto asked me to make an appointment on November 14, 2021 that I could not do it. I told him that I was very busy, and I could only be free on November 03. I also told him I bought the system because Best Buy could install for me on November 03. He was very impolite that he could process for me to return the system. I was very sad because Modesto Best Buy never contacted to me until October 31 (only 3 days before the appoinment). Also, the guy was very impolite to talk to me through phone. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!. I will come to Best Buy Stockton and return everything. I am a customer in Best Buy for over 15 years, and my father always tell me to come to support Best Buy. But now, I think I will never come to Best Buy anymore. Thanks for destroying my Halloween day!

Welcome to our community forums. I appreciate you taking the time to write to us regarding your experience with this car radio installation. Having updated my radio several years ago, I know it can make a car feel brand new. I can understand your disappointment to be told that this appointment would need to be rescheduled.


By chance, did person you spoke to on the phone mention why this appointment would need to changed?
