We purchased Samsung QN75BN95B TV. The TV intermittently does not turn on. BB replaced the TV 2 times (so 3 TV's) having the same problem. I went through a thorough process of elimination steps to no avail. Details too long for this post, but can be provided.
After 3 trips to BB and 3 installs/setups, I am at my wit's end.
The Associate gave me his email address which I sent but haven't heard back.
I can provide that email with all the bloody details.
I also had Geek squad out (have the 5-year support plan) with no resolution.
I saw a post on the Samsung forum with this same problem.
I have a lot invested my time and $ on this but I will return this purchase unless I hear something that helps resolve this.
