BBB complaint.

Hello - we had recently filed a BBB complaint, and a person from corporate reached out to us. The gentleman was supposed to call back in a couple of hours and still has not called back. Can you help please?

Welcome to our forums.  We do have a team designated to address any contacts we receive from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) who should be your point of contact going forward, so it’s disappointing to hear you’ve not yet received any updates from them in the past few hours since your previous contact.

 

I’d like to see what we can do to get you in touch with the person you’ve been working with, but for me to do so, I’ll just need a few pieces of information from you.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • The name of the person who contacted you

 

 

This should be enough information for me to begin my research.  As mentioned, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
