BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I WANT A MEMBER OF CORP TO CONTACT ME ABOUT MY ISSUE NOW! I HAVE 2 ORDERS BOTH WITH SAME DEFECT! I SPOKE TO YOUR SUPERVISOR ANTHONY THIS MORNING. HE WANTED TO HAVE ME SPEAK WITH A GEEK SQUAD MEMBER. HE CONNECTED ME WITH RICK (AMERICAN) FROM GEEK SQUAD. RICK WAS DISRESPECTFUL AND DID NOT WANT TO ASSIST US WITH BOTH PARTIES CONFERENCED. ANTHONY PROVIDED MY PHONE NUMBER TO RICK WHO WAS GOING TO ASSIST ME. ANTHONY SAID HIS GOODBYES AND TRANSFERRED THE CALL TO RICK. RICK RELEASED THE CALL AND DID NOT PROVIDE ANY ASSISTANCE! HE REFUSED TO CALL ME BACK!
