My issue is pretty straight forward, but apparently impossible to resolve. I bought a Surface Pro 6 (store pickup) on 6/26, and opted to add a one year protection plan when I checked out. I returned the SP6, and cancelled the protection plan over the phone on 6/28. I got my refund for the SP6 about 48 hrs after i returned it, but have seen no sign of a refund for the protection plan.(The plan shows as cancelled online under my account, but the cancellation date is "future dated" at 6/25/2020, this is my best guess as to why I haven't received my refund)
Calling support either leads to someone telling me to keep waiting, or someone promising a call back from someone more important in 2-3 days (they never call back of course). In store support says phone support has to resolve the issue for me, since they processed the cancellation/return. At this point I don't really know what to do, since I've contacted best buy via brick and mortar, phone, and twitter
