**We interrupt this thread to bring you an important message from the Best Buy Social Media Specialists**
We do not have much time, but we wanted to quickly send you all a message. You see, we wanted to visit Aquaman and get to know him and Mera. We were secretly sending messages back and forth and our team planned a visit to go see them by small submarines in Atlantis.
After many months of preparation, our dreams were finally coming true and we took to water. Once we were in water, we quickly realized that instead of communicating with Mera like we thought we were, we were talking to Siren. She had some not so great plans for us but luckily, we have been training for a moment like that since we first got hired at Best Buy.
Sadly, some of our customers have been impacted by Siren's interference. If you placed your order prior to March 3, 2019, you are one of her victims!
Luckily, one of the reasons we do not have much time to send this message is that we have paired up with Aquaman to make this right. (Dreams can come true!)
So, those of you impacted have two options. The first would be to cancel your current pre-order and replace it on our website. This method is the fastest, but if it does not interest you, we have another option. The second would be for you to send us a private message so that we can harness some of Aquaman's powers to see what we can do to help you receive the code. You may also use this second method if your pre-order was placed after the date above and you have also not received your code. Thankfully, with Aquaman being both a son of the land and a son of the seas, we have been able to take this fight back on land, at least long enough to send this transmission.
If you choose the second method, please be sure to include your order number, phone number, full name, and email in your initial private message. It will speed things up and allow us to best direct our efforts into continuing to defeat Siren. Please know, however, that this joint task does take time and it may take 2-3 days for one of our specialists to respond to your private message.

Welcome back to the forum. I’m sorry to hear you haven’t received this pre-order code as expected, but I’d be happy to look into this for you.
First, are you referring to the bonus pre-order code, or the digital download code? If it’s the former, those codes were valid for early viewing, and since the movie has already been released, those could no longer be valid. If it’s the latter, then please send me a private message with the information below and I will see what I can do to help.
