Approved for Price match- No refund after 6 Weeks (Elite Plus Member)

Hi, I was approved for a pricematch, but have not seen any refund activity on my best buy credit card. Here is the chat transcript with the reference number...supposed to be for about $200:

I love taking advantage of our Price Match Guarantee whenever I'm able. I'm so glad to hear that you were able to get a refund through it. I do understand the need for a prompt refund. 

 

Generally speaking, refunds will be credited to your account within about seven days. However, it can take up to one billing cycle. If it has been less than seven days, we would encourage you to wait just a while longer. If it has been more than seven days, please don't hesitate to send us a Private Message.
