Appointment Confirmation

I made an appointment and the confirmation screen that displayed my email in a way that looks like a racial slur. I was offended when I first saw the appointment confirmation screen. I believe this is issue and I'm sure this wasn't done intentionally but I feel like this needs to be addressed. Screenshot

I'm not quite sure I understand your message. Did this confirmation screen modify or change your email address in any way?

No I didnt modify my email address. {removed per forum guidelines} Please see attached photo.

Thank you for following up regarding the way your email reflects on the confirmation screen for your appointment. The link you shared, while removed per forum guidelines, definitely helped explain what you were talking about. The asterisks replacing every other character of your email address are intended as a security feature. Given the email address though, I can certainly understand why this would be upsetting. This is absolutely unintentional and not at all the experience we want for our customers, so I'm thankful that you have taken the time to share this with us. I have been sure to forward the concern onto our support teams to see what other security options may be available in the hopes of preventing any other such unfortunate coincidences from occurring again.
