I was wanting to know if there was a way to add my Best Buy Credit card to Apple Pay? I have not been able to add that to my Apple Pay. I mean Best Buy is a technology company that sells and services technology and does much more. I would like to see that feature added to the Best Buy credit card. I know that the card is with Citi Bank. May be Best Buy could be in talks with Citi Bank to get that feature added to the Best By credit cards. I was also wanting to know is why the regular Best Buy Credit card does not have a chip on the card.

Hey Viper0580 and Community,
These are great questions! I recommend reaching out directly to the bank behind out card, Citi, at (888) 574-1301 to speak more in-depth about both the card itself and the Apple Pay feature.
Happy Tuesday,

I should not have to contact Citi. That is on Best Buy to have them add Apple and a Chip to the Best Buy Credit card. I mean Best Buy is a technology company and they should have that feature on their own Credit Cards. If I call Citi they are not going to do anything, so it should be up to Best Buy for that.

Citi does in fact allow for Apple Pay, Wallet integration. I know this as a pertinent developer as well as a consumer that has integrated and enabled several Citi issued cards across various retailers.
This may ultimately fall back on Citi, as you stated, but this is unknown as it could likely be a corporate partnership issue between the two companies. Best simply state taht it is not supported at this time while urging customers to contact BOTH companies.
