Another worst customer service experience ever.

Please have a manager of customer service contact me. The service I have received the past couple days has been atrocious. Chat=fail, phone =fail and instore=fail. Long time customer = DONE

I did get the answer I needed. Don't deal with Best Buy and the horrible customer service that comes with it.
