In addition to calling the police, you should reach out to your credit card provider to report this activity. We would not be able to cancel an order based solely on a credit card number, so filing a dispute with your bank is the best next step for you.

I apologize, but the person you chatted with was incorrect about that. We are not able to cancel an order based on a credit card number. You will need to work directly with your credit card provider to report this purchase and to file a dispute.
