Amazing Customer Service

I recently went in to my local best buy store located at 4210 14th st w bradenton fl. I went in there to purchase a printer b,ut still had several questions after doing my own research online.  The reason I chose to go to Best Buy  is because I wanted to have someone that was knowledgable explain the differences to me to help me find the best fit for my needs. The last several times i/ve been to Best Buy I havent been able to speak with staff memeber that were knowledgable about the products which was very fustrating. This time the guy was nothing short of AMAZING!!!!! He was entergetic, friendly, happy, very engaging, and extremeley knowledgable. He indetfied what I would be using the printer for and what was most important and toook in to account my budget. While the particiular unit that was the BEST fit for me was not in stock he ordered it, and had it shipped within an expidited manner. Although I walked out with out a product I walked out with complete and utter confidence that I had just purchased the perfect printer. No only was this an easy process, it was such a positive experience. My boyfriend I and our daughter walked out so happy not realizing it was his positive energy that woke us up in the store and completely changed our attitudes. From chossing to go to Best Buy we gained the perfect printer, complete confidence in our purchase (no buyers remorse) , a happy kid (because he engaged with her the entire time he was answering our questions), but a possitive attitude that trasnfered to our family that set the tone for our day. Employees like this are not recognized nearly enough. I really appreciate everything he did. It is apparent he goes above and beyond. This guy is a trememndous asset to your company. He is one you need to recognize, and train to duplicate 1000s more.  I cant find his name or a survery on the receipt. I am going to include all reciept detials if you are unable to identify him personally based on the infomration i provide please let me know so i can go the store personally to find him and show my gratitude.

While we are unable to tell on our end who the specific employee was who assisted you, I relayed all of the information you shared to leadership at that location. This included the date and time frame of your visit, and they should be able to indicate which employee it was.
