All My Orders Get Canceled - HELP!

I’m having a problem with my account. Every single time I place an order it gets canceled within seconds of being placed. I’ve contacted Best Buy on the phone and spoken to them for over 20 hours about this situation as of December 20th, 2021 and everyone tells me my account is either “fine” or had a restriction placed on my account. I’ve asked Best Buy to remove these restriction and allow me to shop as I’ve have for my entire life as a disabled individual who cannot leave his home and they told me “No, you have to go to a store” but with my severe epilepsy and paralysis on my legs I’m not able to visit a store that easily. I’ve spent over $3,600.00 at last year alone and have been an Elite Plus member for over 3 years and they’re refusing to help me. I’ve even been racially attacked for being Hispanic by a phone representative while calling their Elite Plus dedicated number. I’ve purchased TV’s, warranties, movies, games, kitchen appliances, etc all this year alone and now I’m restricted from making online orders and this doesn’t make sense as I’ve used my Best Buy credit card which I’ve had for many years so they know it’s a legitimate order being placed. All I want is to be able to make online orders once again because there’s a 0% chance of me being able to visit a store as it costs me around $500.00 round trip to leave the house as I don’t own the vehicle needed.

Can a corporate representative please contact me to figure out what’s going on?!?
