Like many other forum members, I have not yet received my refund. With exceptionally long hold times (over an hour) it is not realistic to call the provided number for help. To make matters worse, the call center for recall info is only open to 5pm EST, so that means those of us on the west coast are out of luck as they close before our work day ends.
To anyone at Best Buy, please provide a way to contact someone who can actually help with this issue.

Thanks for reaching out here on the Forums, I know it's not ideal to be awaiting to have this recalled resolved along with not being able to get in touch with call center can be upsetting. The gift card could have sent already. Have you check Junk, Spam or Promotional folders. Sometimes your provider will place it there. The sender is email@example.com
