I sent my Air Fryer back and never recieved gift card. I recieved conformation number and I called the number provided and was told it was recieved 12 Sept. I was then told to call back 28 Oct. Since I have had issues with hotmail recieving promo stuff from Best Buy in the past, I asked to change email. They said it will need to be reviewed due to email change. Called back again and was told to wait another week.
I just called again and person on phone asked my for UPS tracking number. I explained I no longer had it since was told previosly it was recieved and gift card was being processed. She told me to go to UPS and get tracking number. I explaind that UPS wouldn't begin to look anything up without tracking number. Then I was "disconected" on the call.
I'm thinking this is all nonsence with whoever is handeling the gift cards. I added email@example.com and have checked junk mail folder many times.
Has anyone recieved the gift card email?
Also, it is very nice listening to christmass music mid november for hours being on hold.
