Account trying to email defunct email addy

Hello. I can log into the Best Buy website and app, but every time I try to look at past purchases even the new ones, it wants to email a defunct email address to verify my account. I updated the account to have the right email address but it insists on sending the old email. How do we fix this? Best Buy is unresponsive and refuses to help

Having been through my share of email addresses over the years I know I've been locked out of accounts more than a couple times. I'd be glad to see what options I have to help you get this updated so you can receive emails.

 

I'd like to start out by checking on your My Best Buy account and will need a bit more information in order to do so. Can you please send me a private message that includes your:

 

Full name

Old email address

New email adress

Phone number
