On March 27, 2019, I purchased AVAST Antivirus Digital Download. It included usage on 3 devices. After one month's coverage, I began to receive messages that my coverage had expired and needed to purchase coverage for $49.99. After more than 12 calls to customer service and numerous transferred calls, I found out that the Geek Squad does not assist with AVAST, AVAST does not assist with resellers products, I apparently cannot get my money back from either party, and I was sent a link with a NEW code that would assist with the AVAST download, but in fact, it was the same code previously received. To this date I do not have coverage. Trust me I am done with Best Buy. I filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General Office Consumer Fraud Division in hopes for help. I will use Amazon next time!
