I'm in the same boat as many of you's. I followed the directions and shipped my air fryer to get processed for the recall back in April. I have yet to receive a refund. I'm frustrated and angry about the situation. What I have realized though is that the recall submition process they use is automated. I have been able to submit a dozen fake claims to have them send me a bunch of free shipping boxes to waste their time and resources. I hope everyone will join me and band together do the same thing to get our frustrations across.

I can't understand the thought process behind tying up the limited resources handling this recall by submitting fake claims. What ends up happening is that everyone, including yourself, has to wait longer for their recall to be process. Take note, they aren't going to provide additional resources so it's just slowing down everyone's refunds even further.
