A return that didn’t work

Hey Best Buy support! I bought a product and recently returned it without a problem. Instead of me getting my money back, I got charged again! It was a pair of astros headsets for Xbox. What can I do to get my money back?

Welcome to our community. You know, I've never had it happen, but I don't think it's reaching at all to say I'd be upset at least a little if I encountered what you've described. I regret that you're having to cope with this situation.
