I purchased a TV from best buy on Sunday March 17, and was supposed to get a free 30 day trial for Sling TV. But there was no promo code on my receipt. How do i get the code?

Sling TV codes have a couple different ways they may get to a customer. If it’s an in-store purchase the code may print on the receipt. If it doesn’t print out at that time, it should be sent to the email associated with the attached My Best Buy account or to the email entered by the Blue Shirt during checkout. If you’re not seeing your code, sometimes they are directed to a spam, junk, or promo folder instead of your typical inbox so it’s a good idea to check for missing emails there.
