Usually when we run into this it is because the email address has been used for SlingTV before. I know you said you have never used it, but it may have been a trial part of a bundle of services you used and didn’t even notice.
My best advice is to try again with an alternate email address. That may get you in. If not, please contact SlingTV here. They may be able to determine exactly why the code isn’t working.
If neither of those suggestions helps, please let me know.
