3 Months, Still Missing Refund


I have returned an online order (picked up by drivers when delivering another order), but 3 months have passed now and I got no refund. The order status does not even change. I made at least 4 phone calls, 6 online chats, and visited stores twice and no one offered any help so far. Everyone was saying different things. I was told several times that my case was handed to the "escalated team" and I should wait to be contacted. No one ever contacted me.


I can provide many details about my order and the pickup process. Please someone solve this.
