2 resolution issues

Hi best buy team my name is Todd .  In February I was issued a birthday 10% off anything reward that I planned on using.  Unfortunately my wife contracted the Coronavirus and due to extenuating circumstances I was not able to use the reward.  I understand if it cannot be issued once again but I was hoping that Best Buy had a program that could help me out.
Also are you matching pricing with proof for pick up orders?
