10% Moving Coupon

I recently moved and signed up for Best Buy's program and 10% moving coupon. I'vr already purchased $1500+ and had hoped to use it for that, but have not received the coupon. I spoke with customer service and the agent said it had been sent and could not be reissued (could be in spam folder) , however I could pick up a moving pack from USPS as there would be one in it.


  • I checked my computer's spam folder and no email from Best Buy was there, in fact, no email from Best Buy concerning the moving certificate or program was present on my computer's hard drive.
  • I contacted Comcast (my Internet Provider) and had them scan my account and they could find no email correspondence from Best Buy in any account or folder.
  • I went to 3 different USPS offices for the moving packets as recommended and none contained a coupon or any offers from Best Buy at all.

My conclusion can only be that your Customer Service needs to communicate better and more accurately with customers.


Can you be of service and assist me in obtaining the moving coupon you offered, so that I might complete the purchases I need for my new home. Thanks in advance for your help.

I am following up on my last conversation with KyleR which had to do with several credits to be applied to my account. I hope you can follow up n them for me - Thanks !!

Below is the information:


Order # {removed per forum guidelines}

Credit for Moving - instead of 10% you offered a one time credit of $100 to be applied to my account.

Credit for Price match with Costco @ $899. Credit # {removed per forum guidelines}of $104.20 was to be applied to my account.
