A: You can enroll in-store with a mobile associate while purchasing or upgrading a phone OR online by clickinghere.
1. Click “Get started”
2. Select your mobile carrier (Verizon, AT&T, or Sprint)
3. Sign in or enter the primary account holder’s information and click “continue”
4. Follow the prompts to join.
Q: Who is eligible for a $25 bonus certificate (1,250 bonus points)?
A: Members that enrolled in the mobile program and registered a mobile phone prior to 4/1/2018.
Q: What if I enrolled in the mobile program after 4/1/2018?
A: You would be eligible for a free accessory coupon after six months.
Q: I enrolled in the mobile program prior to 4/1/2018 and just upgraded my phone…do I qualify for a bonus certificate?
A: Not quite yet. A new phone upgrade or purchase that is properly registered with a mobile account will not be eligible for a bonus certificate until the next time a phone is purchased/upgraded and registered with your mobile account, or a new line is activated.
Q: After enrolling in the mobile program prior to 4/1/2018 and purchasing a new phone, I decided to add a line to my mobile account for my spouse. Does that qualify for a bonus certificate?
A: Yes. As long as the new line is properly registered with your mobile account and same My Best Buy™ rewards account is used.
Q: I enrolled in the mobile program prior to 4/1/2018, upgraded my phone, and registered it last year. Last week, I purchased three new phones and registered them with my mobile account. How many bonus certificates will I receive?
A: One. The initial phone that was upgraded would qualify. The three phones that were just purchased would not qualify for a bonus certificate until the next time a phone is purchased/upgraded and registered.
Q: How long does it take for the bonus points to post to my rewards account?
A: It can generally take up to 20 days.
