Q. What is My Best Buy Easy Replenish?

A. My Best Buy Easy Replenish is a hassle-free program offered to My Best Buy members when purchasing devices that have consumable products, such as ink, K-cups, or water filters, which need to be replaced on a regular basis. When purchasing a product and enrolling it in Easy Replenish, your items will be automatically ordered and shipped to your home.

 

Q. What are the benefits of the Best Buy Easy Replenish program?

A. You’ll be able to keep stocked on consumable products that should be replaced or are consumed on a regular basis. Some products even include a discount for signing up!

 

Q. What is the difference between Timed Replenish and Smart Replenish?

A. Timed replenish is exactly as it sounds. Your products will be shipped to you on a predetermined schedule that you may select and manage on your Easy Replenish page. Smart Replenish is used with printers to send you ink when needed. Once setup and connected to Wi-Fi, your printer will be able to monitor the ink levels and let us know when you’re running low to send you more ink to send you more at that time, rather than on a schedule.

 

Q. How do I enroll in Best Buy Easy Replenish?

A. If shopping for Timed Replenish eligible products, simply ensure you’ve selected it on the product page and added it to your cart. For printers, follow the instructions below:

 

   1. Start your enrollment by shopping for an eligible printer.

   2. On the product page, click the box to Start an Enrollment and Save, and then add your printer and enrollment to your cart (must be ordered together).

   3. Once you receive and set up your printer, enable the printer's Wi-Fi connection and then complete enrollment online (see below).

 

   Note: You must be a My Best Buy® Member to enroll in the program.

 

Q. Why do I need to have Wi-Fi enabled on my printer?

A. Your printer must be Wi-Fi–enabled for the printer to monitor your ink levels, let us know when you run low, and order ink on your behalf automatically.

 

Q. How do I manage or cancel my enrollment?

A. You can manage or cancel your enrollment, change your shipping address, or change your payment method from your My Best Buy account.

 

   1. Sign in to your account. (If you signed up in store and do not have a Best Buy account, refer to your enrollment confirmation e-mail.)

   2. Go to your Account Home.

   3. Select "Purchases" from the blue navigation bar.

   4. Select "Easy Replenish™" on the top right.

 

Q. What if I canceled my Best Buy Easy Replenish enrollment but I still received product in the mail?

A. Please verify the cancellation of your enrollment in your My Best Buy account. You may return the product  in store or by mail, subject to our Return & Exchange Promise.

 

Q. Is there a fee associated with Easy Replenish?

A. There is no fee associated with Easy Replenish. You will only be charged for your replenishment as orders are shipped.

 

Q. How do I know if my product purchased from Best Buy is eligible?

A. Eligible products will allow Easy Replenish enrollment on the product page at the time of purchase.

 

Q. I bought a printer from another retailer. Is it eligible for Easy Replenish?

A. Printers purchased from another retailer are not eligible for the program at this time.

 

Q. I’ve previously purchased a printer from Best Buy. Can I enroll it in Easy Replenish?

A. No, Best Buy Easy Replenish must be added at the same time as your eligible printer purchase. Post-purchase enrollment is not currently available.

 

Q. If I return my printer, will my Best Buy Easy Replenish enrollment be canceled?

A. Yes, if you return your printer, your Best Buy Easy Replenish enrollment will be canceled automatically. However, you can enroll again with the purchase of a new eligible printer.

 

Q. What happens if my product is unavailable and/or discontinued?

A. If your product is unavailable when we plan to ship it, we will notify you that we were unable to process the order, and we will wait to process your order.

 

   Please note: You will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.

 

Q. What happens if I decide to give away or sell my printer that's enrolled in Best Buy Easy Replenish?

A. You will need to cancel your enrollment through the Easy Replenish Account page of your My Best Buy account or you will continue to receive ink when the printer runs low.

 

Q. The manufacturer provided me with a new printer due to a warranty swap. Why am I no longer receiving my ink?

A. We are unable to continue your enrollment in the program in this scenario. We ask that you please cancel your Best Buy Easy Replenish enrollment through the Easy Replenish Account page of your My Best Buy account.

 

Q. How will I know my product is on the way?

A. For ink, your printer will notify you that you are low on ink, and Best Buy will send you an e-mail notification when your ink has shipped. Cartridges are sent using standard shipping, which can take 3 to 7 business days to arrive.

Q. How do I complete my enrollment now that I have my printer?

A. Complete printer installation and setup — including Wi-Fi–enablement — with the appropriate printer manufacturer based on your printer purchase:

 

   HP: Refer to the link in your account confirmation e-mail, or go to HP's activation page

   Epson: Go to Epson's activation page

   Canon: Refer to Best Buy's Canon activation page

 

Q. What do I do if I am having setup issues or have further inquiries on my printer?

A. Please reach out to your appropriate printer manufacturer at the following links:

Q. What do I do if I completed my enrollment, ran out of ink, but did not receive my Easy Replenish ink shipment?

A. Please ensure you have verified your My Best Buy account by clicking the link in your enrollment confirmation e-mail or by logging into your My Best Buy account and following the steps below. Ensure that you have completed your printer installation and setup — including Wi-Fi–enablement — with the appropriate printer manufacturer:

EPSON PRINTERS ONLY: Make sure your Epson printer is actively syncing with your computer to ensure active monitoring of your ink levels. The monitoring software will need to be downloaded to a PC or Mac, and the PC and/or Mac will need to be connected to the Internet for ink monitoring. The software cannot be downloaded to a Chromebook, tablet, or mobile phone (although you can print from a Chromebook, tablet, or mobile phone and this printing will be captured by the monitoring software).

 

Q. What do I do if I signed up for the program but I have stopped receiving my ink?

A. Ensure you are still enrolled in the program by logging into your My Best Buy account and ensure that you have completed your printer installation and setup — including Wi-Fi–enablement — with the appropriate printer manufacturer.

 

Q. I canceled my Best Buy Easy Replenish enrollment. What if I would still like to receive ink?

A. We are unable to re-enroll your printer in the program at this time. However, you can enroll again with the purchase of a new eligible printer.

 

Q. What should I do if I need to update my billing information or shipping address?

A. To manage your Best Buy Easy Replenish account details, please log in to your Easy Replenish Account page.
