I have to say I'm not very happy with my best buy. They promote the Upgrade and save offer on their weekly flyers so I went to my Best Buy today in Downingtown PA and the folks at customer service were not aware of the offer. Then they ask a manager and he says they dont even have the coupons so I have to come back later in the week to see if I can take them up on the offer. So I had to leave with my 5 dvd's and wonder how the heck is best buy communicating between corporate and their stores.
