The Hunger Games: Mockingjay — Part 1 Package with 3 Digital Movies

I was thinking about pre-ordering this, but it doesnt state if the digital copies are HD? I would like to get this from Bestbuy, but there are similar combo deals out there for the same price which offer all three digital movies in HD.
