From what I have heard it is hilarious. SBC rocks!

The movie wasn't as funny as his previous 2. It's really went downhill after Borat. 

 

Borat = super funny

Bruno = funny

The Dictator = average

Borat= Awesome
Bruno= just straight up gay (but still had funny moments)
The Dictator= Super funny but not the raunchy way that borat was
