none of those things will work with your phones connection unless you set up your phone to be a Hotspot.
Which normally is an extra per month charge from your phone company.
But if your going to use your phone to stream your good be might simply be a Chromcast or Firestick.
I have never tried streaming from a phone to my TV but I cannot think the video quality would be very good as a phone is desigend to drive a small image.
