Kdambay,
Welcome to our community. A long time ago in a city far, far away, I used to work for a record store (people call long-players "vinyls" these days, but we called them records in the 20th Century) and my superhero power was finding the songs that customers would come into my shop and recite lyrics or sing bits of to me. It was often hilarious, but I did not often fail at it either.
Now a lot of time has gone by and I'm still stuck in the '80s most of the time, but I'd be happy to give finding your song a shot. Do you remember any of the words sung beyond the chorus of "ahhh ahhh" at the beginning? Any details about it you can remember will help the search.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Hey John,
I ended up stopping into the store again, since I was in the area. The song was Short Court Style by Natalie Prass! The bass and drums are groovy as hell! Its a great song to showcase the Sonos speakers too.
Sorry you don't get to showcase your super powers this time!

Kdambay,
I'm glad you found it! I'll confess I'm not sure I would have been successful locating this one. I really enjoyed the song though. It's great musically and Natalie has a pretty terrific voice.
The last time I heard a song I just had to find was in a restaurant. The song turned out to be "Christmas Wrapping" by the Waitresses, now one of my very favorite holiday season songs.
Thank you for the conversation. I hope you have a really great day!
