I resently purchased the Finding Nemo pre-order steelbook case online, because my store was sold out. I'm not sure where to pick up the blu ray combo pack though. I called 1-888-BESTBUY, but no one knew what I was talking about.

It was resolved at my local store. Thank you though. Future reference take online order receipt into local Best Buy and pick up movie that you are pre-ordering. Better just to pre-order in the store though.
