I was overcharged twice this week for bluray movies in the store and I was told that Im not allowed to get a price adjustment beacause I used the Upgrade and Save promotion. Is there any way i can fix this because I don't want to return the movies?

I used this service for the first time and although all the coupons were scanned It did not take off 5 dollars for one movie. The movie had to be manually adjusted because it origally scanned wrong at the checkout so I think that was the reason. I am going back this week to get a 5 dollar credit I hope Other than that this is a great service
