So we bought all three Jurassic Park movies from Best Buy with the up to $8 off fandango code on each one to see Jurassic Park in 3D. Unfortunately, when we went to use the codes yesterday, the codes would not work on IMAX 3D showings. Nowhere on the advertising or small print on the dvds and coupon does it stipulate or exclude Real 3D or IMAX 3D. It just says 3D and thats it.
I contacted Fandango who claims there is nothing they can do and its Universals problem with the codes. I sent an email to Universal regarding this and am still awaiting a response. I am feeling pretty ripped off at this point and feel its false advertising. Is there anything Best Buy can do?
