Contact Xfinity and cancel your service. Netflix and Hulu are separate entities from Xfinity.
Then you will need to find an Internet provider in your location that is not Xfinity and sign up with them.

Hello magnumzeus,
Welcome to the forum! @bobberuchi is pretty much spot on with their answer here. Aside form the fact that they may both be used on the same television, Xfinity and other cable providers are completely separate from streaming services such as Netflix or Hulu.
With that said, if you currently use Xfinity's equipment to access your Netflix and Hulu accounts, you may wish to purchase a new streaming device such as an Apple TV, Chromecast, or Roku. You can explore the different options at Best Buy here.
Let us know if you have any other questions, anytime. Best of luck cutting the cord!
