I pre ordered my DVD back in June, it said it shipped August, 15, but whenever I look for online for tracking, it says that "tracking is unavailable." Is this normal? Or is my package lost?
Depends on how the item was shipped. I've had several packages from USPS that were not scanned, so no data was available. Sometimes they ship via the mail innovations and that can also lead to delayed shipping info or errors.
