Generally issues with supply of steelbooks has historically been a supply issue.
The publishers don't want to do a big run of expensive sets that may have a limited demand. And I am sure retailers do not want to commit to getting to many copies.
However, I would mark is as save for later. I would be willing to bet this will be a doorbuster online or in store or some other sort of Black Friday item and will be limited quantities. I would check it several times a day until after Black Friday.
