This blu-ray was listed at $52.99 but it went out of stock. Now that it's back in stock, the price is 79.99. That's outrageous for a blu-ray. Is there a reason for the price change? I want this for my collection but I'll never purchase it for $80.

Welcome back to our forums!  Although I’ve only made it through Season 3 thus far (frantically trying to catch up before Season 8 arrives), I can certainly see why Game of Thrones has become one of the most popular shows on television.  While I’m sorry to hear there may be some issue with the price, I do appreciate you shopping with Best Buy to add Season 6 to your Blu-ray collection.

While we won’t be able to disclose how the prices of our products are determined, going forward, I would recommend keeping an eye on the Game of Thrones Season 6 Blu-ray product page for any changes in its price, or to make sure you’re not missing out on when it goes on sale.
