My usual answer to this question is Rudy. I have been a fan of football as far back as I can remember. I played organized football from the 4th grade up until my freshman year in college. It was my biggest passion while growing up.
You do not come across too many good football movies. The most common reason a football movie fails is because it is just unrealistic. In my opinion, the best example of a bad football movie is Any Given Sunday. I could not put myself through the agony of watching that movie from beginning to end.
I would suggest Rudy to anyone who enjoys a well-made sports movie. The little guy with big dreams that nobody gave a chance fought his way onto the field. I will admit it…I tear up just about every time I watch it. It is a good flick!

I have to agree that this is a difficult question to answer, but if I had to pick one movie, if would have to be Ghostbusters.
I have seen the movie over 1,000 times and I still laugh to this day.
“Are you the men from the university?”
“Yes, I’m Dr. Venkman, Dr. Stantz… Egon.”
Gets me every time!

“Smokey, my friend, you are entering a world of pain.”
If I got stuck on an island with a VCR, a 27” Black and White TV and a copy of “The Big Lebowski” on VHS… I think I’d have landed on heaven.
Of course, there wouldn’t be any power… So…
Awkward.
Anyway. My favorite movie of all time has to be “The Big Lebowski”. Mostly because I think John Goodman is awesome. There are WAY too many lines that are hilarious. I tend to love quotable movies. I also love how I can watch it over and over and notice something new, every time.
