Best Buy does specialize in selling Vinyl Records as you can see here:

However, there are no discounts for purchasing in bulk as they are priced as shown on the website. The good news is you get free shipping on orders $35 or more, and the more you purchase, the more Best Buy rewards points you earn so those point purchases could go towards purchasing more of them.
