Is anyone else having issues with pulling up the $10 off coupon for this week's (tomorrow's, actually) release of Army Wives Season 6, part 1 that is mentioned both in print and on the BestBuy.com website?  I've clicked on the link in the interactive weekly ad, only to be taken to the ABCTVonDVDCoupon.com site with the coupon for Body of Evidence listed.  I've even contacted coupons.com, as they're hosting the coupons and here is their reply:

Dear Customer,

We do not have this Army Wives coupon available on coupons.com

We are sorry you are having trouble locating a particular coupon.

If you are coming to coupons.com

 through another web site or link in an email the coupon will typically appear on the first page that loads.

If you are unable to locate a specific coupon the coupon campaign has most likely ended. You may want to search under the appropriate category on coupons.com

 to verify the coupon is no longer available.

I've forwarded them screenshots of bestbuy.com's ad and their website not showing the Army Wives coupon.  Just wanting to know if anyone else on here is having the same problem.

I have encountered the same "lack of service'. I called my local BestBuy,after many searches, and they told me to look on BestBuy.com and/or google it.  The results were negligble. This is not the only time where BestBuy advertises yet it does not exist

I called Bestbuy.com and they honored the coupon price and are sending the DVD to my home. They were great about it. Apparently the coupon website is havin problems. Bestbuy.com was great to deal with

I got in touch with Bestbuy.com via phone and one of the recommendations they made was to contact my local Best Buy and explain to them the situation.  Mike, one of the Customer Service managers in Papillion, NE honored the price without the coupon too.  Best Buy rocks.
