Hello, I'm searching and the page said that the release date of the steelbook version of IT on 4K Ultra/Bluray set is not yet announced. Doesn't that 4K Ultra/Bluray steelbook come out the same as the Bluray and DVD? Why isn't the release announced for the 4K Ultra/Bluray steelbook of IT would be a crime. Can any customers like me can be able to pre-order that item instead of waiting for a long period of time?

Hello! 

    That is a very good question! I do not know why there is no release date! However, I'd still preorder it if I were you! That way you can get it the first day it comes out! If it does come out on the 9th as it said for that DVD/Blu-Ray edition then I do not see why 4K wouldn't come out! Like I said, doesn't hurt to preorder to be safe! If it doesn't come out on the 9th, then you can decide to cancel preorder or wait few more days!  

P.S. IT is soooo good! I'd preorder the 4K if I were you!

according to another site i use (removed per forum guidelines) that also comes out on the 9th if it's the 4K Ultrea HD, what is the difference anyways?

What's the difference between Blu-Ray and 4K is what you're asking?

4K steelbook comes with 4K disc, Blu-Ray Disc, and Digital copy. Blu-Ray is HD 1080P while 4K you get 3840P. Much better than 1080. But keep in mind, you need 4K TV and 4K player to be able to use 4K feature. If you don't have 4K TV then go with the Blu-Ray/DVD Steelbook!

well i don't own a 4K tv at the moment mine is 1080ip. or whtever it's called? i have no idea which one i want to buy the steel book or the standard edition. any difference in either edition? other than the 4K? or the standard edition?  and thank you

i was at Target and i picked up the 4K one i said screw it i liked the black cover over the standered cover which is why i bought it. my one X plays it so that's all that matters to me. they didn't have the steel book version oh well and thanks

i got it at Target cause i was there and if i was at best buy i would have gotten it there. i was just in the mood to watch it and i don't get out much and they had it so why not ya know?
