I'm contacting you guys because I have been a long time supporter of best buy. I have had issues recently that you guys dont do early releases. I have always brought my video game business to you guys over gamestop because I feel like you guys care more about your customers. That being said theres been a few times recently where I ask if you guys are doing a mid night release and am told if the game is popular enough. Well theres been a few games that are very popular including kingdom hearts 3 which I preordered expecting early release like gamestop by you guys dont offer it. I feel this is very unfair to your gaming community especially if you are trying to be competitive with gamestop.

It is always great to come across a loyal customer such as yourself. As a gamer myself, I am always looking to get my hands on the latest gaming titles. So, I can understand the desire of coming to our store for late night releases. 

While we may not offer a late night release for every title, we do stay open late for certain games. I welcome you to visit our gaming page, as it list any events that our stores will be hosting such as a  late night release.
