Unless you’ve been hiding under a rock for the past few months, you probably are aware that it is back-to-school season again. As college students prepare to say goodbye to their parents, and high schoolers dread the upcoming coursework, I figured that some students may be a little nervous about what awaits them in and out of the classroom. I know that I am!
As a college student myself, I know that a few ways to keep yourself occupied while away at school includes playing video games, reading a book, hanging out with friends, getting involved in different activities, and, of course, studying. However, I also know that the latest tech devices can help stimulate our procrastination.
If it’s your first time away to college, or even if you are returning, there are a few essentials in today’s college experience. For studying, you’ll definitely need a laptop, and for connecting with friends you’ll most likely need a phone (also to call parents to update them every night?). Playing video games and reading a book are of course optional, but also can be assisted by a new PS4/Xbox One and a Kindle/iPad (I tend to stick to my Xbox One).
Best Buy has many great deals for college students, including discounted laptops and free accessories to make your laptop YOUR laptop. You can find these deals here.
For those of us who are back at school or getting ready to go back to school, I wish you the best of luck in finding the perfect devices that work for you!
