I returned the recalled Insignia Airflyer model on June through UPS. The Gift card voucher never arrive.
I called the BestBuy centre:800-566-7498 and provided the representative with the tracking number of UPS (and also my email address) on October.
It has been another month and the gift card does not arrive and there is no update on the status.
What should I do next?

When BestBuy sent out recall email, it promised to send back gift card within 3-6weeks.
Now it is 3-6monthes.........and may be longer.
Best Buy cannot keep its promise?
If something went wrong during the process, should someone update the customers to see what extra information is needed to complete the process?
