iOS 11.4 log in problem

Similar to the June 2018 issue: this time app keeps asking me to log in over and over when it tries to update the Devise List. Currently an issue on my iPhone only but not iPad Air. I am in Canada.

Thank you so much for posting to our community. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having some issues logging into your CONNECT application, and your device list. I’d be happy to see how I can point you in the correct direction.

 

Can you please share what iOS version your iPhone is operating on? Is it the same as your iPad? That may be the root of the issue. Which smart enabled product do you have?
