Our Alexa will find our two Insignia plugs, It did work before but now it will not turn either one of them on. We can turn them on through the Insinia app. We do have the "skill" enabled on the Alexa app. Any help would be appreciated

Hello hunter18,
Welcome to the forum, and thanks for taking the time to reach out to us. If you're still able to locate and control your Insignia smart plugs through the Insignia Connect app, this may be an issue with the connection between Alexa and Insignia. Have you tried to un-link and re-link your Insignia account with your Alexa app? This may require logging out and back in to your account, or removing and re-adding your devices.
Hope to hear from you soon,

I had the same problem. Factory resetting the device did not help. Disabling & Re-Enabling Insignia Skill in Alexa did the trick.
