I have 2 wifi wall switches that are turning on my lights by itself. Model is no-ch1xis8. There are no schedules. I find the switch turns the lights on randomly throughout the week. I’ve searched for the solution with no luck. Thank you.

I used to have similar issues with my switches. I figured out mine were a result of frequent disconnects from WiFi due to my router not being able to handle all the devices at once. So I’d send a command to turn a light on that never made it to the switch. Then, once the switch eventually reconnected to my WiFi the command would make it to the switch, causing it to turn on. I upgraded to a Netgear Orbi mesh setup, and haven’t had it happen since.
