Unable to Connect NS-UZ14XSS8 to wifi and app

I am able to place my freezer in pairing mode “AP” but in the app I can get all the way to the end where I put the password in for my wifi network. When I click CONTINUE it does nothing. How do I get past this. I believe this is the last step.
