You should be able to use the Forgot Password option on the login screen if states your password isn’t the same. Please note your login details should be the same as they are for BestBuy.com. Let us know if you have any additional questions, or concerns we’d be happy to help you answer them!

The problem is, using the app I can't login into my BestBuy account, it always returns the message attached! Can you help me, please?

 

I already reseted the password, problem keeps happening.

Thanks for posting to share what the issue is exactly! You’d need to partner with Best Buy directly on this matter for the login related issues. You can do this by giving them a call at 1-888-BESTBUY, or by posting on the Best Buy Support Online Forum Community.
